Thanks for Coming…
We had a great day this year for our 4th of July celebration. Weather, though warm, was dry with scattered thunderstorms missing us entirely. The super soak from North Shore Fire / Rescue helped cool things off.
You likely noticed a long pause in the fireworks show before the grand finale. We had to call Fire / Rescue for another super soak to put out a brush fire that started due the recent excessively dry conditions. Thank you for your patience as we took care of this potentially dangerous situation. Each year our professional fireworks crews put themselves at risk and do a great job working through complications such as these.
Hope to see you back again next year!
THE TRADITION CONTINUES
Join Us as We Celebrate America's Birthday!
The City of Glendale’s 4th of July Committee continues our tradition by planning another Independence Day party for 2023. We will have a Parade Extravaganza, a Food Truck Festival, The Toys for live music, bouncy houses, a dunk tank, and the famed summer soak.
We welcome everyone…from all communities… to join the celebration of our nation’s birthday at this free, family-friendly event.
Location information is here, and other event details can be found on the top menu.
